How long does it take for delivery?
We ship all packages from the US/CA/HK local warehouses with expedited shipping. The delivery time may depend on your shipping location. Most packages are typically delivered within 3-7 working days.
How could I track my order status?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to your email address that you used to place your order. If you don't receive the confirmation emails, please check your junk or spam folder. You could also contact the customer service team and ask for help.
Which courier do you use for delivery?
We take our choice of courier very seriously. We shop online ourselves and know how important delivery is; it can make or break your experience. We use USPS/UPS/Amazon Logistics for delivery, they provide a great service at a reasonable cost, helping us keep our prices as low as possible.
Does the CPAP cleaning machine covered by insurance?
Insurance, including Medicare, will not typically cover the cost of CPAP Cleaning equipment.
How long does it take to charge the battery?
It takes about 2 hours to fully charge the machine.
Is your CPAP cleaner compatible with my sleep machine?
All our ozone CPAP cleaners could easily connect to 15mm and 20mm hoses of most CPAP machines; Please check the product image and find the compatible machines list.
How often should I replace the filter of Clyn?
We suggest you to replace the filter every 3 months. The 4 carbon filters could be used for a whole year.
Where should I buy accessories?
If you need to buy an accessory, please contact us first. Sometimes we have giveaway activities and offer free accessories to our supports and customers.
